How long does it take to onboard an AI Employee, and what’s the process?
Deploying an AI Employee to perform a specific task takes 6 weeks. Multiple AI Employees can be onboarded in parallel.
Weeks 1–2: Process Mapping
We run 3x 2-hour workshops per task to document your current business process in detail. This can be done remotely for convenience.
Weeks 3–4: Training & Validation
The AI Employee is trained on your documented processes. Throughout this phase, outputs are shared with your team for review and validation.
Weeks 5–6: Live Deployment
We integrate the AI Employee into your live environment, connecting to the necessary data sources. Custom integrations may require additional time. Associated costs are spread across the contract duration.
What internal resources are required, and how much time will they need to commit?
We recommend appointing an AI Employee Manager as the primary point of contact to coordinate with your internal team.
We’ll also need access to the Process Owner (e.g. Finance Manager) and the day-to-day Operator (e.g. AP Clerk) to help document workflows and validate outputs.
On average, the time commitment for your employees is an average of1 hour per day over the 6-week onboarding period.
How do we monitor performance of our AI Employees and provide input where human intervention is necessary (human-in-the-loop)?
Our platform provides live visibility on the performance, for example, number of documents/emails processed per hour, number errors identified, status of errors, pending actions per task, etc.
Where human input is necessary, we make the relevant data available via our platform. Notifications to prompt users will be sent via email.
How are data quality issues managed?
We implement data quality checks as part of the onboarding process. Any issues identified are flagged in real-time to the designated AI Employee Manager, enabling prompt resolution at the source and uninterrupted task execution.
Over time, we work with your team to establish system-based controls that ensure data quality is maintained at the point of entry.
How do you keep our data safe?
